Return Policy
The Company does not accept returns or refunds on any products once the product is delivered to the carrier.
If a product or service offered on the Company Sites is not as described, you may return the item, as specified in Terms of Purchase.
If you shop online at www.wandafun.shop, you've got 14 days to return your order. Just give us a heads-up first if you wanna send something back. The return period kicks in from the day you receive your items. Some stuff isn't eligible for returns, though—that’ll be mentioned when you order.
If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, it’ll extend to the next Monday. If you ordered multiple items in one order but they arrived separately, or if an item was delivered in batches, the countdown starts from when you get the last piece.
You’re responsible for making sure the return is packed properly. You’ll be liable for the package until we receive it, so hang on to your postal receipt and tracking number. Send items back unused and in the same condition you got ’em. We might refuse the return if the packaging is damaged or if it can’t be resold for any reason. All original packaging, price tags, etc., must be included and untouched.
To use your return right, shoot us an email with a clear statement within 14 days of getting your order.
Returns
If you return something, we’ll refund the purchase price. If you wanna swap it for a different item or color, just place a new order in our online store. Sadly, we can’t do exchanges for other products—we’ll refund the returned item, and you’ll need to order the new one separately. Sorry for any hassle!
If you got a discount on your first order, we’ll make sure you get the same deal when buying the “right” item—just reach out to support@wandafun.shop, and we’ll sort it out.When returning, pack everything—item, all labels, and all parts—in the original box. Keep the packaging intact, so if you need to tape it up, be careful.
Shop Mindfully
Returns have an impact—both on the environment and the economy. Extra packaging means more emissions. That’s why we encourage mindful shopping. Only order what you’re likely to keep. You’ll find sizing and helpful product info on all our items—use it while shopping so we can avoid unnecessary returns.
If you shop thoughtfully and don’t return anything, we’ll give you a €15 discount on your next purchase. If no return is registered for your order, you’ll automatically get a coupon in your inbox. Thanks for your attention!
Proof of Purchase & Return Form
Please include a copy of your order confirmation or proof of purchase. It also helps if you fill out the return form.
If you’re the one initiating the return, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost. How much that is depends on the carrier you pick.
If the item arrived damaged or wrong because of us, you won’t have to pay return shipping.
After placing an order, you have the right to cancel it within seven days. This gives you time to reconsider impulse buys or changes. You can cancel via the order management system by clicking “Cancel.” You’ll get prompt feedback. After order completion, you can still negotiate cancellation with the retailer.
You may cancel within the time and stated on the website.
